Updates from Cambodia:
Im in Cambodia! Oh ya, ill only be here about 2 weeks. Don’t
ask me why, no one will tell me. Supposedly because of debrief, but I think
this is going to be more of a “11 countries in 10 month” trip. But anyways, I’m
in Cambodia for the time being.
We have ATL month next- where we ask the Lord where He wants
us to go and we find a way to go. SO far we’ve been hearing Malaysia, so we’re
looking into finding contacts, travel arrangements, etc to go there.
Our ministry here in Cambodia is amazing but spread thin.
There are so many amazing things we’re helping with here, it just sucks that we’re
only getting to do each thing like twice. We’re helping a local farmer, working
with an orphanage, teaching English, doing a Bible study at night, teaching
classes on hygiene and doing lice treatments on the local kids. Oh ya did I mention
im living in a village? No more running water or electricity…
Also, in case you didn’t know, I lost my cell phone. So if you’ve texted me
that’s why I haven’t responded since Thailand. in any case I have little
connection with the outside world, but we may be getting a modem today.
We leave here January 19th to head to debrief,
which will be the 20th– 25th, and then we head to our ATL
