So
today was our last “official” day of ministry here in Uganda. Basically we went
around to all the people we’ve been visiting during street evangelism and said
goodbye. It was no fun. I hate goodbyes. It’s really hard pouring yourself into
people, building friendships, then knowing this is the last time you’re ever
going to see them again.
These are some of the faces I had to say goodbye to:

All in
all I’m really thankful I had the opportunity to be involved in their lives.
They are my brothers and sisters in Christ, and I love them. You can’t choose
not to love just because you have to leave someday, or because it might hurt.
Love is worth it, even if its for a little while. After all God says if we have
everything but not love we have nothing. I choose love.
Guess what? I reached my 11,000 goal for October! That means I’m staying and
heading to Tanzania, praise the Lord! Only 3,400 more to go! Thank you so much
to you all for your continued support. I’m so blessed to have such amazing
friends and family back at home!
