my journey began twenty-two years ago in dakota city, nebraska with one older brother, andrew, and two of the most generous people on this earth, which i call mom and dad. two years later, my little brother, ben, was born. after losing my youngest child title, i really hoped my parents would return him. but thankfully there  was a no-return policy because i got a built-in best friend out of it. now my role as the middle child and only girl is very demanding… but i seem to have perfected it (just ask my brothers).

when i was five, my family moved fifteen minutes away from dakota city to jefferson, south dakota. i attended the local christian school until eighth grade and then switched to public school. after high school, i went to baylor university in waco, texas where i graduated in may 2015 majoring in medical humanities.

God has been preparing me for the world race since high school allowing me to participate in eleven different mission trips all around the world. to understand more of who i am and why i decided to do the worldrace, check out my blog live, love & lead & YouTube channel.

i am excited to see Him use my team and i to bring the good news to the entire continent of south america.
