I have less than a week left here in California and only about a month left in the states. I am leaving January 7th to attend G42, a leadership training academy in Mijas, Spain. I have spent the last few months reacclimating back to the US only to be leaving once again. It has been a time of rest, prayer, and surrendering to what the Lord has for me. It has been a humbling season of delivering pizzas with people much younger than myself, and substitute teaching in a district where I have taught 7+ years. WhiIe at times I question what I am doing, I have enjoyed the flexibility these jobs have allowed me to visit with friends, travel, and process all that I experienced and saw this past year while on the race.
I applied to G42 in October and was accepted the beginning of November. G42 is designed to mentor people in pursuing their dreams. The academy provides an intimate setting that allows for in-depth teachings and personal attention to each student.
