This summer has flown by and all the blogging I was planning on doing never really happened. So here is the run down of everything World Race related that has happened this summer.
1. I am a proud member of team Blaze. This is the team of 7 who I will be traveling and working with for at least the first few months.
2. I had a chicken dinner fundraiser. The fundraiser was amazingly succsseful thanks to Beth and Buddy who organizined and put everything together. They are probably the most amazing people in the entire world. I would like to thank everyone who came out to the dinner or bought tickets it means a lot to me. I also need to give a special shout out to Sarah Mcgee and Tim for helping set up the day of the dinner.

3. My race route has changed… and will probably change again. I will now be going to Rwanda instead of Tanzania and Thailand instead of Vietnam.
4. Aug. 2 I will be meeting back up with my squad at Dulles airport for a few days of training and then I am off to Siaya, Kenya.
