LET GO.
If I hear the Lord saying anything this month, this is it.
Let go, Sara. Let go and live in My freedom. Let go and live in My love.
My co-squadette, Christin (affectionately known as Chrin within our Z family) and I have been walking through a season of trusting the Lord more.
We are trusting the Lord with the hearts of our squad, with our ridiculous cross-continent travel days, with our futures after the Race, with everything.
What a privilege it is to live this life! Sometimes it’s easy to forget that what I’m doing, this whole living out of a backpack and traveling around the world with 40 once-strangers-now-family other crazies and praying for literally everyone we meet and leading worship in churches where hardly anyone speaks English and what not, is something so special, so unique and so blessed.
Today is day 200 of the Race. We have about 130 left to go…5 weeks in Eastern Europe spread out across 5 countries…and then we're off to three months in Central America before we are back in the good ole USA! Time is FLYING by and we are determined to soak up every minute of this experience, this blessing, this Race.
It’s funny how the entirety of God’s kingdom is upside down. This race is complete proof of that – we thought we were going to change the world when actually it’s God, through the world, who is changing us. – Amanda Brucki, Z Squad
(My sweet and wise sister Amanda is still in need of $2000 by April 16th! We absolutely believe she is called to be here. Would you consider helping her stay on the field? Click here to donate!)
Check out these pictures of our month in Serbia!

During our "layover" in Timisoara, Romania from midnight – 5am in a gas station with half of Z squad – Serbia here we come!

Christin and I with Team Amaranthine arriving Belgrade, Serbia after 21 hrs of travel!

Sometimes ministry looks like beating apart old chairs so that they can be recovered and used in the a church in Vrnjacka Banja, Serbia. Naturally.

and just for fun…jumping for joy in Budapest with Dusty and Chrin!
Thank you for your continued prayers and support!
