So the other day I bought a new razor. Big whoopty doo. Right? well wrong in my case. Venus razors come with those cool little things that you can stick to the wall and holds your razor so that it doesn’t get soapy or gross or you step on it or something. Not really thinking about it I put the cool wall thingy to the side and just used the razor.
Well a couple of days later I was looking at the lonely wall attachment and realized I will not be able to attach this to a wall for almost a year and a half becasue I won’t have a constant wall around me until then. Now that I think about it I don’t even know the next time my little razor wall attachment will have a place to call it’s own.
I can’t use it at school becasue I’m leaving in like 6 weeks so no point putting it up there and Gordon would probably fine me. Then I’ll be home for a couple of weeks but my family is moving to Vermont so home as a crazy transition place right now. Then off to camp where I’ll be there for most of the week and then in a half empty house on the weekends. Then once camp finishes up I’ll be helping my sister move to school and then going to Vermont where my family will be living. Then flying away shortly after that. Then when I get back from the World Race who knows where I’ll be.
So obviously it’s not the fact that my little wall attachment for my razor won’t be finding a home, but I feel like I won’t be finding a home for a very long time. My possessions will be in PA, my family in VT, my sister where ever she decides to go to school, and my friends in Mass/NH. Then I’ll be off traveling the world trying to tackle everything that is coming at me and still trying to keep in touch with my loved ones back home. It’s just overwhelming…
