WOW! There has just been sooo much. Sooo much has happened in such a short amount of time. And we haven’t even gotten to our ministry contact yet.
So where do I start? I suppose the beginning is a good place.
We’ve arrived in Cambodia! Safe and sound. We spent three nights in Siem Reap, a tourists heaven, and woke up before dawn to see sunrise at Angkor Wat (one of the Seven Wonders of the World–at least it used to be one.)
(Angkor Wat is in the background…you get this beautiful site in the foreground.)
Also, we had some switch ups within our squad. Our former squad leaders, Tiffany and Patrick are going home on the 29th, so they rose up two new leaders and made some changes. I’m sad to say, Team Gozo is no longer. However, I have been called up as a new team leader and now have a team of five beautiful women who just want to dig deeper with the Lord. I am thoroughly thrilled.
So meet Team Undignified:
We’re going to be pretty far away from a town and so internet is not going to be an option really this month. It’ll be good for team bonding time, but hard as it is the Christmas season and I’m going to have very little, if any at all, contact with you all at home.
