I realize this is my first post in three months. And I apologize for that. But on the bright side, I have SUPER AWESOME COOL NEWS for ya’ll.

I am currently sitting in a hotel in Atlanta, Georgia, typing this on an iPad mini (because I’m obvi a cool Christian hipster. I’m also wearing TOMS), on my LAST DAY IN THE USA!!! My team and I leave for Antigua, Guatemala in the morning! And by “in the morning” I mean we have to meet in the hotel lobby at 4:45 A.M. so we can all be at the airport by 6:00 A.M because our flight leaves at 10:00 A.M.. What a morning.

BUT I don’t even mind too much because my team is fantastic and next time I blog for you (which I aim to do at least once a week).

Before I embark on this adventure though, I want to thank everyone and anyone who supported me on this. Whether I know who you are or not, whether you donated time, finances, prayers, or words of encouragement or advice, thank you. I would not be here without you, and I invite you to come with me on this journey by following this blog. Or you could email me at [email protected]

Either way, I appreciated you greatly.  You’re all peaches (this is a good thing because I am in Georgia and peaches are apparently a Very Big Deal. Kind of like you).

So thank you, I love you, and I’ll talk to you more from Guatemala, okay? Okay.

Catch ya later alligators!
