Going on the World Race, we are told to drop our expectations. We were told from the beginning that nothing is certain, and lots of things could change on the race; our ministry, our teams, and possibly our route. Well, on the last day of training camp, V Squad got some news about the original route that we had all signed up for. There was a change, and it wasn't minor. You all have blessed me beyond with all your prayers and support. And I know many of you out there have been praying specifically for my team, and for the countries that we will be going to. I wanted to share with you our new route, so that you can start praying for these 4 new countries that we will be going to. I'm going to post our original line up, and the new countries will be posted in red:

South Sudan Mozambique
Rwanda Malawi
Uganda Swaziland
Ukraine
Romania
So, quite the change. No more Thailand, and our African route has completely changed. I will be honest here – I was seriously heartbroken about losing South Sudan, Rwanda, and Uganda. But the more I have prayed about it, the more the Lord has started to soften my heart towards these new African countries. I've no doubt that these changes are for a purpose, and that our time spent in each of these new countries will be so important. Plus, Vietnam?! HELLO! So pumped! I can't wait to see what the Lord has in store for V Squad as we embark on this new journey in just six very short weeks.
I'll be posting a blog sometime within the next week that introduces you to my team for the beginning of the race (and possibly the whole thing.). They seriously could not be any more amazing, and I can't wait for you to see (or read about) how awesome team Desiderio Domini is.
