We finally ‘finished’ the painting yesterday. (After 8 days…when we originally thought it was gonna be 2-3) So, it’s done…but not done, because they ran out of paint, and the paint we were finishing up with was crappy. and there’s still touch up stuff to do too)
BUT…..Welcome to Africa!
This is Gibson. We worked with him a lot, and got to know him pretty well. Tim and I had dinner with his family twice, and I had a really great conversation with him and his wife about church and missions and all that, it was really cool. they are really cool people. And my oh my does he have stories….he survived a car wreck that put him in a coma for 4 days, he’s had numerous business ventures that he’s gotten screwed on. And get this, he’s heard of
Hillsdale
College, and even has a scholarship to go there to study religion/theology.
Good man, Gibson is.
