on the boat to Livingston

During our time in Livingston we stayed with a pastor and his family. We lived in the church and basically just spent time with them and got to know them for the 3 days or so we were over there.

It was a good 3 days, and I must say that I may have learned more about this year in those three days than I have so far with this whole trip.

It was pretty much the most intense heat and sun and humidity that I think I have ever experienced, so that in itself was a challenge.

having church in livingston

our last day there, we made breakfast for the whole family: pancakes, eggs, watermelon and OJ. We also gave them a little gift basket of random stuff.

Pastor Marcos and his wife of like 25 years

The family we stayed with. These are 6 of their 8 kids. (the girl on the far left is the wife of the guy she´s next to.) and their dog, they named it gringo. so whenever they called for their dog, we thought they were yelling for us at first. it was funny. i hated that dog though.

the last night there i went out and took a star track shot.

One day the family took us down the Rio Dulce to visit another church and to see some cool stuff and meet his parents.

Please be in prayer for our team. We are planning to leave tomorrow for Antigua as we just feel like our time up in this part of the country is done. However, I just realized that if we leave tomorrow how are clinton and I gonna go back and see Justine?? I can´t believe I didnt realize that until just now. And it actually ticks me off that I we’re not gonna be able to do that. Im gonna have to make the huge trek back up here later. GAHH
