Im sitting on a train now,
passing through the Romanian countryside and mountains on my way to
Bucharest. Month 11 has officially started this morning on the train.
Here we are, our last month on The World Race.
Its hard to think that 10
months has passed by already. That we have served and ministered in
Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda,
India, Nepal, Ukraine, and now…Romania.
I am excited, and to be
honest a little anxious about our last month! I want to finish the
Race strong, and give my all to our ministry this month. We will be
working with an Orphanage in Romania, and possibly doing some
construction on a new building for them.
At the end of the month I
will be going to Brasov, Romania (Transylvania…home of Dracula’s
castle) to plan our final debrief. Our last week together as a squad,
then we will fly back to the United States of America on July 30th
into JFK airport in New York City.
Then whats after that????
Well, I will be moving to Gainesville, Georgia to Work on staff in
Logistics for Adventures In Missions (Organization that runs “The
World Race”) in September. This means that my need for support does not end when I get back. I will
continue to need support for this new role after the race. I will need to support raise about $12,000 a year while on staff for salary.
I have a goal of at least $3000 to be raised before I start in September, with continued monthly support there after. If you
