When I decided to make shirts to help with the fundraising process I was really excited to make them my own. I love “Redeemed by Grace” because it’s the song the Lord sings over my life. Its the song He sings over all of us and that is what excites me the most to share. As a teenager I made a lot of stupid, selfish choices and I rebelled a lot. I thought I would never be good enough for God. And I was right. I am not good enough to be in relationship with God. I, alone, never will be. But Jesus is. God knew what a mess we all were going to be and He still chose us. He loves us soooo much! He sent His son to be the ultimate sacrifice to pay for all of our sins so that we could be in direct communion with Him. When I came to the understanding that my past, present and future have been made right because of the blood that Jesus shed on the cross for me I felt free! I have been redeemed. Seriously how wonderful! So as I am gearing up to go out and talk about the Love of the Father I couldn’t think of anything else that would be more appropriate than this shirt. It’s not about going out and sacrificing in 3rd world countries. It’s about Jesus. He is the savior of the world and I want to help others come to know that they too have been redeemed by grace.
