- Carrying My 45lbs Pack for 20 Minutes
The Race Has Come To An End!
I want to thank all my supporters, who invested in me the last 11 months specifically.
Your sacrifice to donate to me as a missionary is a huge blessing. I would not be able to travel, minister, eat or have a home if it was not for you donating your hard earned money into my account. One of the reasons I wasn't going to apply for the Race was raising $15,500 but I knew I had to trust the Lord. He used you to bless me and I am grateful for your generous heart. What is amazing, I raised about $1,000 over my budget and it's because you are a faithful servant of the Lord who listens and obey's His voice. Thank you.
I would like to address those who prayed for me while I was on the race and encouraged me along the way. Thank you for lifting me up in prayer and encouraging me with words along the way. If it wasn't for your prayers, I may have given up along time ago. My year as a missionary was one of the most difficult months of my life. It may have seemed like a breeze by looking at pictures and watching the 4 minute wrap up videos for each month. However, most days were rough due to my teammates, living conditions, ministry and only once a contact. It was more of an internal battle to continue to choose joy in the midst of a mess. Some days I didn't want to go to villages and minister or do construction but I did it because the Lord gave me strength. So thank you for lifting me up in prayer because I needed the reminders of supporters back home. Thank you.
