The World Race
Can I be real with you?
Like really real…
Serving the Least of These to 11 Countries in 11 Months….
Let me explain…
When I first applied for the World Race, I was EXCITED to Serve all over the World!

Then reality HIT!
I am going to LEAVE ALL I KNOW….
To Serve People in Places I have Never knew Existed!
When I did experience those Fears…
I listed them out and have been Praying about them and Seeking God to transform me…
If you have stumbled upon this blog…
Or if you are supporting me through this journey…
I ask that you lift my name in prayer for the specific fears I have written below
- Pride… I recently have come to the realization that I have struggle with pride
- Loving and Serving People… I am not as compassionate or empathic as I would like to be
- Living in Community (24 hrs a day)….. I'm a person that needs my alone time to rejuvenate
- Sick Overseas… Being sick at all is not fun and my Momma won't be close by =(
- Bugs/Rats/etc... They are gross
- $15,500… A lot of money to raise
- Coveting… I don't want to want what others have or going on specific journeys while overseas
- Homesickness… It's going to happen but I want to persevere through it
- Not Finishing the Race due to funds, weariness, etc
- Rejecting God because of what I see and experience while on the world race
The World Race is NOT just about young people serving people…
But it's about being Humbled, Broken, Stretched, and Growth…
