Hello and welcome my beautiful people!

My name is Rounine and I am 29 years old. I was born and raised in Haiti but moved to the US when I was 17 years old. I have a degree  in early childhood education and love teaching children. I love to sing (even though I should stop, because I can’t). I also love to read, write, draw, cook, bake, plan all kinds of parties, and travel.  Foremost, I am the happiest when I serve others.

I have a passion for learning new things, especially languages. I love to learn about people, their culture, traditions and dreams.

When I first found out about the world race, I knew then and there that it was something I wanted to do. I only spoke about “when I go on the race” even though, at the time, I still hadn’t applied. I have always believed in missions, but never had the opportunity to be a part of a mission team until now! I am ecstatic to be blessed with the opportunity to help others for almost a whole year! Wait, did I mention that I am ecstatic?!

Safehouse Outreach

The greatest thing about taking part of the world race, is that I have such an awesome support system who I can rely on throughout this new journey of mine. Without my friends, my family and you this will almost be a mission impossible.
