I have no idea of where to start, I just came home from night ministry with Duncan(in charge of Mi Arca) in zone 9. This night ministry consisted of a lot of prayer and loving on people who never receive love. I will take you through the night one hour at a time.

7:00-

We went to visit a 14 year old boy, Walter, who was stabbed over a phone 5 days ago. 2 men asked for his phone, and when he refused, he was stabbed in the side. At the hospital, they made a very large incision from the middle of his chest down to below his belly button, this was to see if there was any internal bleeding, but there wasn’t so he was left with a giant scar covering almost his entire chest. The stab wound was only about an inch big… but we got to pray over Walter, and Duncan changed his bandages, He had a big ole smile on his face the entire time.

8:00-

We went down the street to go visit our favorite guys who live on the streets. These guys live on mattresses on the street. All of them are addicted to drugs, and their ages range from 11-40ish. They are some of the sweetest people I have ever met. But it was there that i found out about Carollina, she is a girl who lives on the street and just a couple of weeks ago she asked me to take a photo with her, but today I found out that she is in the hospital because she was hit by a car earlier today. she is in critical condition and needs a lot of prayer. We also got to pray over a lot of the guys on the street and love on them.

9:00-

As we are walking to the terminal where there are a lot of people living in intense poverty, Duncan was telling us many stories about how the police had murdered kids on the street and more horrendous stories about kids dying on the streets. When we showed up to the terminal we were asked to pray over a woman who was literally on her death bed, she is called Abuela because she is the stand in grandmother to many of the people living in the terminal. there were so many people around her, loving on her and taking care of her. It was amazing. Next, we had about 6 kids that were in need of medical attention, so Duncan busted out the first-aid kit and started to go to work. most of these kids had bumps covering there bodies from fleas, and many of them had rat bites that had been infected. One kid in particular was about a year old, and I was asked to hold his arm as Duncan used disinfectant on a rat bite on his arm. this kid was in such an obscene amount of pain. He was screaming at the top of his lungs right into my ear. These kids have no access to a shower so it is very rare for them to bathe, so that results in infections and they don’t have a clean place to sleep so that results in them getting bed bugs and fleas and such. There is so much that we take for granted…

10:00-

We were asked to pray over a 15 year old kid who was said to be possessed by the devil, so automatically we were a bit freaked out walking into it. We found out that earlier that day he blacked out and started running around and screaming, so automatically they assumed that he was possessed, so we prayed over him and through that we found out that he was abandoned by his mother at the age of 7 and has been taking care of himself since then. Next, we ran into a kid that was either 7 or 8, he did not know because he has never celebrated a birthday, so he doesn’t know his own age. But at the age of 7 or 8 he was a drug dealer/user… at the age of 7 or 8! But he told Duncan that he wanted to give up drugs tonight, so we prayed over him and after that he had a noticeable change in his face and demeanor. He gave us all hugs and Duncan said that he has never seen him hug anyone before. He gave us all about 4 hugs each before we left.

11:00-

We went home, and I started this blog.

Tonight was such a strong night, and I felt God move in the country of Guatemala! God is Good!

Much Love,
