You know what’s awesome? Seeing how God takes situations that you have no idea will work out… And sitting down at the end of it seeing how He… You guessed it… TOTALLY WORKED IT OUT.
We have met so many people in Macedonia who have been Jesus’ hands and feet to us (Team Nuria) this month. From great conversations, places to stay, home cooked meals. You name it, we received it!
People in Macedonia want to see this country on fire for Jesus! I have sat down and have had so many heart to heart conversations with people all over the world who have come to Macedonia and are planted here. Not just for short term but long term because they want to see it changed for His glory.
Meet Pastor Sasha! I mean I can not even start to tell you about his heart for Skopje, but I’m gonna try. He pastors a small church on Sunday nights with about 10 to 15 people. On Easter he was saying there were 60 people out… Come on JESUS! That was really amazing for him to see. He teaches bible school students every weekend. He meets people where they are at by bringing musicians into bars and hanging out with them, and so much more.
Honestly when we were talking to him, you could hear his passion! You could see his heart for the youth, for the adults, for everyone. He was telling us all the things He wanted to do if world race teams came. From camping up in the mountains for a month , just disciplining and hanging out with the youth, to bar ministry to face painting. He has so many GOD plans. Sasha is a man of God, a Great husband, father and Pastor. He loves The Lord. It is so inspiring to see.
What God showed me from Unsung heroes? Be excited about the unknown. Know that God doesn’t leave us or forsake us. In fact, He Loves when we trust him completely. He will provide. He will blow away all your expectations and show you that your expectations should of been greater! His faithfulness, amazing. So for me, I want to trust him from the start, no doubts! Just know HE will Provide.
