It is July 8th and my team is preparing to head to Swaziland. We will be working along side another team, which we are very excited about. The Gentle Warriors have worked by ourselves for the last 3 months so we are very excited to bond with our squad mates. We are not exactly sure what our ministry is going to be, we do know we are going to be staying at a hostel and will be working with orphanages and near a farming community. I ask every one to keep us in your prayers. We know this month is going to be amazing and that God is going to move in incredible ways. We also know spiritual warfare is among us and pray God will keep our eyes open and our ears clear so we are able to His Word at all times.
I personally have no expectations for this month other than understanding it is not going to be like any month we’ve had. I look forward to watching God work and to continue letting God be God and flowing through me. I pray this is a month that each one of us grow super naturally in our faith. I pray we look back at this month at think…yeah, look what God did!
Last month was the month I have been praying for. God used last month and the people who became my family to encourage and help me push over that complacent area I was in. Now that I’m over that area, it’s no looking back and full steam ahead. Whatever God has asked, whatever He has told me to do, I am willing and ready. Praise God for this journey and for the desire He has to allow us to part of His amazing plan!
