Life. Life has happened so fast in the last month and I’m just starting to process some of it. Haiti was amazing! I truly fell madly inlove with the Lord and our romance is growing! Along with falling inlove withe the Lord in Haiti I fell inlove with the people. There is a certain lostness about Haiti and my heart longs to see the work I know God is continuing. Some things the Lord used me for while in Haiti were being able to minister to our translators. We had two translators that I was able to spend time with sharing the gospel and sharing God’s unconditonal love with. One of the translators, Stephens, he and I were able to have a really great conversation one evening about hearing God’s voice. I received an email from him the other day about how he is finally hearing God’s voice. That was really encouraging. We also had the spiritual warfare, vodoo, and casting out demons. We experienced God’s amazing healing powers. I was blessed to be used by God in so many ways. One day I was able to pray for a young girl who was having headaches and what sounded like a possible concussion. She had a large bump on her head and I put my hand over the bump and began praying for God’s healing and as I prayed, the bump shrank. It was incredible! God is so good! I truly loved Haiti. I pray the lost will find God. I pray they will look out among the amazing sunsets, the incredible night sky, the mountains, the ocean and they will see that God alone is who they need and Christ alone is who will save them.
