I've recently shared about my kingdom journey with a lot of people and have been able to pass out prayer cards with my blog site on them, but sometimes I don't even know the people who take them!
So, I've copied my support letter to my blog for those who have a prayer card and are wanting to support me prayerfully or financially.
The Lord has blessed me TOO MUCH with wonderful people who are lifting me up in prayer and sending me out!

Dear Family and Friends,
I hope this letter finds you well! I wanted to write and tell you about some exciting new things in my life, and I wanted to challenge you to join me in my calling. I have chosen to answer God's call to enter into the mission field after graduating from Meredith College in May of 2013.
Over the past year God has really placed a passion in my heart for the nations and international missions. I want to go abroad and share the love and joy of Christ with others who have not heard the gospel or accepted it. He has opened the door for me, and after much prayer and consideration I have decided to follow this passion to share the gospel and advance His kingdom.
I will be serving as a missionary through Adventures in Missions on a journey called the World Race. The World Race is an 11-month Christian mission trip to 11 different countries around the world. I will be leaving in July of 2013 and returning in May of 2014! Through adventure, ministry, community, and self-discovery, World Racers develop broken hearts that propel their hands to act for God’s kingdom around the globe. On the Race, my team and I will serve in partnership with churches and ministries in local communities to preach the Gospel, plant churches, work in orphanages, minister to women and children who are trapped in prostitution as a result of human trafficking, and bring the restoration and hope of the Father’s love to many tribes and nations!
I am confident that God will provide for me as I prepare spiritually, physically, and financially for this trip. This letter is written to challenge you to step out in faith and prayerfully consider partnering with me financially on this kingdom journey. I must raise $15,550 to go on the Race, which coers all of my expenses including travel, lodge, and food. This support can come as a one-time gift or as a monthly donation. $15,550 seems intimidating, but to break it down, if 100 people were to pledge to give $13 a month for 11 months, I would be fully funded!! That's not getting fast food for lunch/dinner twice a month! In order to remain on the World Race field I must be fully funded by the END of November 2013. I know with your faithful and giving hearts, and by God's provision we can make this happen! **All donations are tax dedeuctible**
I have enclosed a response card to send in with donations which will provide AIM with the information necessary to send you a receipt for your donation. Checks can be made out to Adventures in Missions, and on the memo line: For Rebecca Leigh. The donation and response card should be returned to Adventures in Missions, P.O. I am SO excited to see how God will move in my life and in the lives of the people I come in contact with in the coming year. I hope not only to be a blessing to those I serve, but also to you. I am SO blessed to have the people in my life, like yourself, who have raised me and taught my how to serve and love, and I want to use that.
