So, it's time to talk about mula!!! (which I would much rather avoid, but it's pretty necessary when you need to raise $15,500 in less than 5 months. gulp.)
Here's where I am at financially for this trip:
There is $403 sitting in my AIM account.
I have one monthly supporter.
How much do I need?
$15,500.
Deadlines?
$3,500 – Due Oct 2, 2011 (2 weeks before Training Camp)
$6,500 – Due Dec 18, 2011 (2 weeks prior to your trip)
$11,000 – Due April 1,2012 (End of 3 months on the field)
$15,500 – Total Due July 1, 2012 (End of 6 months on the field)
What am I doing to get this money?
Well, I am moving back home to CT in August after graduating from the Honor Academy in TX [in two weeks!!]. While at home I will be working as a secretary at NEOPS (New England Orthotic and Prosthetic Systems) and teaching private cello lessons to save money towards this trip.
I am releasing a CD called "Discovered By Love [EP]" on August 8th and will be selling them for $10, as well as playing at several coffee houses, churches, etc. to promote my CD and talk about my trip.
What can you do to help?

Before anything else, be praying for me as I'm raising financial support, that the Lord will open doors and provide in above and beyond my needs for this trip! (Phil 4:6). Pray and ask the Lord if He is leading you to join me in reaching the nations to share the love of Christ!
