Hey guys! I’d like to fill you in on whats going on in my life right now! The launch date for this trip is coming up super quick. Its crazy to think that we all leave in less than 3 months! As I have quickly discovered, there is a ton of mental/emotional, physical, and financial preparation for this adventure. This preparation is draining my energy at every turn and stressing me out more than anything in my life ever has; however, I’m already seeing the world in a new way, and I haven’t even left yet! My faith in God is truly feeling stronger than it ever has been. I still need $10, 313 before I am fully funded and there are times where I feel like it’s hopeless, but I have realized that its silly for me to feel that way! God is God! There is nothing that he can’t overcome, LITERALLY. This faith has changed who I am, it has made me more comfortable in my future, and it has strenghtened my relationship with Christ. My future is in His hands, and I wouldn’t want it any other way(: I am currently doing a pizza fundraiser where people buy pizza from Pie High Pizza with a certain coupon/voucher and half of those funds go towards my trip! The pizza there is amazing, and the people even more so. I couldn’t be more thankful for the support they are providing, it truly is God working through them.
