My heart has been c a p t u r e d
The moment I stepped off the plane I fell in love with this country- the people, the land, the desire, the needs, the culture, the children….everything. I have never felt so at home-yet so far away. I am blessed to be partnered with a pastor named Reuben and his wife Rita.

Reuben is a spunky man of God who has enormous heart. He has a passion for the nepale people and has big visions of seeing the Kingdom of God breakthrough this country that is primarily buddist and hindu. He is the pastor of a church here in the city and has several ministries that are fast and growing. The Lord is using him in crazy radical ways!
For the past week we've been living in community at his house in Katmandu. We've been eating delicious nepalese food, investing in him and his family, loving on street kids, going on prayer walks, house visits and hosting a graduation ceremony for the bible students we taught the basics of computers.
For the remainder of our time here we will be traveling by foot on an 11-day hike into the Himalayan mountain range. We leave tomorrow, November 20th and will return on December 1st. We will be going into unknown villages meeing nepalese people who have never heard of the gospel or seen Americans. I am excited and honored to get to be apart of this amazing experience!
Please be covering us in prayer!
