Some of you might have had the privilege of knowing my father, Michael Stephen Radak, but others of you never got the chance to meet him. My father was an amazing man. He taught me how to have determination, perseverance, be creative, go for your dreams, never give up, and how to have more than one job! 😉 He was a huge encourager to me through the early years of my life and I am convinced, there is not anything he would not do for me.
Most of you who knew my father remember me selling chocolates to help me get to France back in 2005. That was my dad’s idea. I wanted to go to France SOOO bad and knew it was more of an impossibility for me to go than it was possible because of our family’s financial situation. Well, my dad, bound and determined to get me there and see his daughter happy, thought of a fundraising idea. Selling chocolates! Well, I hate to tell you that that is NOT exactly my next fundraiser, but it is inspired by my father.
As young children we would BEG and PLEAD for my dad to make us his fudge. It is not normal squishy mushy fudge, it is a bit harder but yet it “melts in your mouth ever so softly” (that is a quote from the movie Chocolat with Johnny Depp and a few other people) 
My dad has continued to be a part of my life since his passing in 2004, and just as he made it possible for me to go to France with his life insurance money, he is going to help me go on the World Race! 
My dad’s fudge is quite literally the best fudge in the world, and with the help of my sister Bethany (because she refuses to remind anyone else of the recipe), we are going to sell it to raise money for my trip! With our dad’s secret ingredient, we are sure you won’t be let down with your order, PLUS…you get to help reach the world with the mouthwatering, savory, DELICIOUS fudge!
If you would like to order some fudge, just leave a comment (or email me at [email protected]) with the amount you want and we will be sure to make it for you. We accept cash and check OR, you can even make your payment directly through my blog (this will go to Adventures in Missions and you will need to add an additional 3% to your order to cover their processing fee). All money donated directly to me will help pay for my supplies, vaccines, travel costs to “launch”, and other expenses that come up through the next year. Donating directly to AIM will go towards the cost of the trip. You can pick your order up from my sister Bethany! 
Not in Ohio? Don’t worry! We can ship your order through the trusty old post office! Just include an extra $5 for shipping and handling.
We do need to receive your payment before we send off your delicious fudge, however.
If you are paying with a check, please send it to 15302 Judson Rd #611, San Antonio, TX 78247 and make the check payable to Rachel Radak (me of course!) You can also give your payment to Bethany as cash if you are in Ohio (or check but still make payable to me).

Full Batch- $15 (approximately 20-25 pieces)
Half Batch- $10 (approximately 10-13 pieces)
