A year ends and a new one begins. Going into this new year I can’t help but think of the one coming to a end. Of all the blessings God has given me. For the job I have and the roof over my head. For old friends that have come back into my life and the new ones that are just joining. I think of all the lesions I have learned, and the ones I’m still learning. I have learned to see God in the little things. I’m still learning to be patient. To wait for God, for my time is not his time. (Even if I forget on a regular basis).
Going into this new year I think of the things God has planed for me. Of the lessons I will learn, and the ones I will be reminded of. I am thankful of the friends I have, and the ones I will make. I look forward to the adventure that awaits me. Both big ones and the small ones.
So on this new years eve I want you to remember what God has given you. I also want you to look forward to the blessings to come. To see God in the little every day blessings and not just the big ones. So happy new year and my it be a blessed one.
