Hey everyone! It has been almost 9 months since I last blogged!! WOW!
Since I have been home from the race I have been working and resting, yet my heart has been restless here. I'll give you a little update on what has been going on……
When I moved home I had no clue what I was doing. My friends gave me a massage gift certificate for my birthday so I went and used it ASAP. The owner of the day spa asked me if I had a job or what I had been up to. I told her about The World Race and that I really didn't know what was next. She asked me if I would like to be the receptionist on the spot and set up an interview. I said sure and that I would pray about it. Well I got lots of confirmation with in days that the Lord had lined up this job for me. His goodness never ends! I could work 5 days a week full time, and pay off my student loans from the past and also minister there….
So I go from living out of a backpack and not using a blow dryer for an entire year, to working in a high end day spa and salon……hahahahhahhaa.
It has truly been a privilege to have this job, but my heart has been stirring more and more and more.
Back on the race, the Lord started speaking to me about going to Bible/ministry school. I had no idea what, where, when, but there was a deep hunger. I started looking online and some of my teammates mentioned Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry in Redding, Ca and IHOP in Kansas.
I thought about going right when I got back, but the timing was off, and later I thought I was crazy for even thinking about going. I just wanted to be with my family for awhile.
Well as of a few days ago I was accepted to the 2013-2014 BSSM school year that starts this September! YEAHHHHH JESUS!! I will be moving out to California sometime this August.
Here is a little bit about the school:
Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry (BSSM) is committed to the truth that God loves people, gave Himself for them and has given His Church supernatural power to bring individuals and nations into wholeness. God is in a good mood! Inaugurated in 1998 with 36 students, the school emphasizes that believers need to return to the ministry of signs and wonders—to minister in love, truth and the power of God. The mission of BSSM is to equip and deploy followers of Jesus Christ who passionately pursue transformation in their God-given spheres of influence. In the 2011/2012 school year, more than 1500 students were trained to continue in the ministry style of Jesus: to enjoy the presence of God, say what He is saying, and do what He is doing.
The school emphasizes hands on training and experience along with academic understanding. This creates a do and teach culture where all of the students are expected to take risks to stretch their faith and grow in their understanding of God. BSSM believes that each verse of the Bible is an invitation into an experience with the Lord, therefore the students are challenged to live the Bible. This produces a class environment that often feels very much like a laboratory where disciples practice the things they are being taught while instructors coach the process and all this takes place in a setting of passionate worship.

I am so thankful for all of the support I have received over the last year, as the Lord provided everything in His Kingdom ways that are so mysterious and beautiful. I am again relying on Him for all that He has for me. The tuition for school is $4,400 this year and I am believing that there are partners to come along side me for this.
