So originally we were supposed to be in Ukraine this month. Then it switched to Romania and next our first contact in Romania fell through. Now we are in Draganesti-Olt, Romania with team Fourteen Feet. This area is part of the least reached in all of Romania. Only 0.2% of the population here is thought to be born-again.
The first week has been a great time of rest from the Lord though. =) So we started ministry yesterday and got some good old confirmation from the Lord that we are supposed to be right where we are:  Our team headed to a village nearby to hand out booklets that contained truth about Jesus. We then split up ..me Talitha and our translator Veronica were together. As we were walking we saw an elderly woman walking down the middle of the dirt road. We greeted her and she proceded to tell us that she had had a dream last night… that some women were going to hand her the booklet that we gave her. She told us later that she didn't know how to read so we had a chance to pray for her and talk a bit. Her name is Maria. Please continue to pray for her…that a believer would come along aside her and that she would come to know the one true living God, Jesus Christ. Pray for a church plant in her town. The people are searching but the workers are few. The Lord has huge plans for this city!!!

we went to the border of Bulgaria and Romania for lunch =D

I have also had the chance to share my testimony at 2 different church services. At the first service there was only around 7 people. Afterwards a woman came up to me and gave me a hug. Apparently she is a believer but her husband has a drinking problem and abuses her. He came to the service on Sunday which he has been skipping lately. He heard that Jesus makes us new. That He changes us from the inside out. That we can't help but share the love. I pray that his ears were open. With tears in her eyes she said thank you for sharing. I pray that the Holy Spirit falls upon this guy and he grows up. That he learns how to treat his sweet wife. There is hope in Jesus. He is HOPE.
