Sometimes God calls us to do the hard thing. We fight, we complain, we kick and scream because it isn’t exactly what we want. I hate it when that happens…
In Nicaragua B-Squad went through team changes. I was sad to leave KALEO, and scared to join SOMEWHERE BEAUTIFUL. But I grew to love them so so so much! They were my family.
And then God called me to take a risk. He said, “Trust me, obey, and I promise it will be good.” He called me to step out in obedience and leave them. I cried, a lot, still do some days. I miss them and love them very much!
God revealed to me that I had become too comfortable and complacent within SOMEWHERE BEAUTIFUL. I wasn’t seeking Him out in the way that I should. He had big plans for me and I was missing them. He called me into a new season, and it was hard, but He has followed through in His promise that it would be good! I have joined the WELLSPRING WOMEN, they have been a team for four months, but have welcomed me with open arms.
