First of all let me say sorry for havin like disappeared off the face of the earth, The past month has been craziness and I’ve been tryin to sort through some things. The biggest news is that I am no longer going on the September trip. Instead I will be going in January. It will be 4 months long and it is specifically about human trafficking. We will be goin to India, Thailand, Cambodia, and then back to the states. Yes you read that correctly. We will be spending a month back here in the states. Human trafficking isn’t just an “overseas” issue.

India
With nearly a sixth of the world’s population within its borders, India is a country diverse in people, cultures, and religious beliefs. While the country is on the edge of full economic development, it’s still stricken with poverty and privy to the crimes of human trafficking, forced prostitution, religious persecution, and more.

Thailand
With nearly two million people estimated to be stuck in prostitution in Thailand, it has become one of the most popular places for sex tourism. As you change lives in the city and turn the countryside upside-down for the kingdom of God, you will see how God is transforming this country.

Cambodia
28 years ago, Cambodia experienced one of the most gruesome genocides known to humanity, where over one-third of the country’s population was slaughtered. Still in recovery from its terrible past, Cambodia has become a source, transit, and destination country for human trafficking. The people of Cambodia are thirsty for hope.

United States
Child sex slavery is often identified as an “overseas” issue; however, buying sex with a child has become part of a multi- billion dollar industry in America. The average age of entry for a child sold into prostitution in the United States is 13. The National Center for missing and Exploited Children estimates that more than 100,000 children are brought into this industry to be sold for sex every year. Overall, more than 300,000 of these young victims are on the streets of the United States, working at any given time. Be a part of changing the communities in your own backyard.
