It takes gifted people to be able to see a project or cause that is bigger than themselves and take it on with confidence.

This is how I feel about the Kingdom Dreams – Project Searchlight team. I have personally met each of the team members, their hearts and minds have inspired me to take on my dream with confidence. Neil Bruinsma said to me if you think about it “everyone knows someone, and this connects us all in some way”which means that if we simply connect with people we can find supporters and “like minded” people to move us forward towards our dreams.
I was shown the power of this while at searchlight. I was called on stage to make contact with a man who shared the same dream as myself (film/documentary in missions) and this is what happened: I got his voicemail but, at lunch he called me back and it ended up being a divine connection. I was able to work with Britt for two days and learn some things about film while also having hands on experience on set.
Day after day we were shown the importance of setting goals for each day and making sure that we followed through with them. If we are not working towards something each day then we are not going to accomplish the very thing we have set out to do.
The worship, sessions, glow stick dance parties, games, community, and fellowship with kingdom minded brothers and sisters will encourage and build you up to take on your dreams.
I highly encourage anyone post-race, passport, or any random wanderer to set aside one week and go to project searchlight. These guys know the ropes, they know what they are doing, and they can help you turn your talk of dreams into a full blown plan in action.
PROJECT SEARCHLIGHT WORKS — GO!
