It’s not every day you wake up on a tropical island in the middle of Lake Nicaragua. My God is a God who provides.

When I last wrote on here, I was in severe danger of going home due to lack of support. Did I mention that I’m on a tropical island in the middle of Lake Nicaragua? I think that means I made it to month TWO of the race. My God is a God who provides.

It was only a matter of days after Team Lionheart’s video hit the web that I was received enough financial blessings to stay on the race! I checked my support account on a Wednesday (still at about 3K) and on Saturday I check it again and I was up to $4,500! But wait, it gets better! I needed to be at the $5,000 mark in order to stay, so I was still $500 short. Here’s an example of how perfect God’s plan is….

About a week or two before the video even came out and before I entered panic mode, I was Skyping with my Mom and she told me that she had deposited $500 into my personal bank account. God bless her heart for doing that! She told me she did it out of the kindness of her heart. She’s not wealthy by any means, but wow! My Mom has been such a wonderful help with this whole World Race thing. She put together my going away party, taking over my car payment, and monitoring all of my stuff back home. I love you Mom!!

 I knew for sure I was going to put that towards my support account, but I didn’t realize that it was going to be the finishing piece to complete God’s miracle!

I was BLOWN away by the people who gave out of the kindness out of their hearts! I received blessings from people all over the US and even Australia! Words can’t express how thankful I am for every piece of support that came in.

To the people that gave support and continuous prayers…..THANK YOU! Thank you for believing in this ministry that our Lord has called me on. You will forever be in my thoughts and prayers as I continue on this journey with God. Amen!
