What will I tell
future racers about Training Camp?

BE READY TO BE
TRANSFORMED!

From a bunch of crazy misfits,

into God’s image.

(Thanks Team H.I.S. for your group pic example)

Seriously I came
to Training Camp expecting it to be just another camp where they’ll give you
some facts and figures about the countries we’ll be going to but I ended up so
TRANSFORMED! God not only released me from emotional and spiritual baggage, but
He also awakened a lot in me.

1. Our is powerful.

I used to
dislike praying. I always felt like I pray inadequately, that I did not pray
enough, that I couldn’t speak in tongues, that I couldn’t speak strongly. But
God showed me that I was none of those things. I had been hearing a lie, and
now my vision has been cleared. I realized that my prayers do matter, that they
have God’s power, and they carry weight. Gosh, it’s just so liberating and
exciting!

2.  Learning to speak  into yourself and
others.

Words
create worlds.

Where
there is darkness, dryness, brokenness, speak God’s life into it.

Training Camp created a
safe environment for everyone to just learn and practice what we have learned. I’ve
learned to ATL (Ask The Lord), to be opened to His visions, to be sensitive to
the Holy Spirit, to hear His voice, and to act on it. I experienced God putting
a word on my heart to tell somebody. It felt like I just HAD to speak it out, I
couldn’t contain it. And this past week I’ve had so many people speaking life
into me, it’s just been amazing. I have never experienced this before, but I
tell you, it makes a big difference knowing the truth about who you really are,
a much loved child of God, a warrior, kings and queens of His kingdom.

3. We were all , but God is
.

 I’m learning
to see each person as the way God sees them. We were all misfits, we are all
different, but we are all God’s child, we are all in this for His Kingdom. Honor
each other. Love each other.

God give
me the wisdom to decide what is right,

the will
to choose what is right,

and the
strength to endure it.

I am full
of anticipation of what God is going to do. On the outside, we look just like a
bunch of young people camping. But when we worship, pray, speak, we are like
mighty warriors. Again and again, I have been amazed. It’s so exciting when a
bunch of people who are on fire for God,
who wants to see change, get together.
It shakes the earth. I truly believe it.
