Be loved
Church, let me tell you that you are so incredibly loved by God. The value you have is infinite because the price paid for God to reconcile you to Himself is infinite, the precious blood of Christ. So I want to tell you and encourage you that your future spouse will fail you in some way, we’re human, and to still choose to love them because love is a choice, a commitment, a sacrifice; but that you would begin and continue to satisfy the deep desire of your heart to be loved through Jesus Christ; because He calls you beloved. You already are beloved by the Lord. Be loved. Simply Be loved. Be, brings to mind, “Be still and know that I am God.” Just be still and rest knowing that He is and will continue to satisfy your deep desire to be loved because you already are the Beloved of God. God calls everyone and everything into their identity. In the beginning God said let there BE light and there was light. Light was not struggling to be light, it wasn’t having an identity crisis like, oh no how bright should I be which would really be how much darkness is okay to live with, but where there is light there is no darkness. Light knows its identity because God gave it to it. Just like an apple tree makes apples, it doesn’t have to struggle to make apples or even contemplate making oranges it simply is who God made it to be and does what God made it to do. In the same sense God calls us to be loved because we are His Beloved. So simply be loved by God. Be loved.
