I am: broken, a little lazy, selfish, gregarious, blind, and foolish.

The Great I AM: perfect, omnipotent, loving, gentle, omniscient, and wise.

It's not who I am that matters.  It's who I AM is that matters. He's the reason I'm going on the World Race.  He's the reason I wake up in the morning at all.  Without Him, I would probably be dead (my guess would be drunk driving).  With Him, I have life in abundance.

It's erroneous (and sinful) to describe myself without mentioning I AM's Hand on every aspect of me.  When I was in the pit of despair, He was there, holding me up.  When I inevitably stumble, and stumble hard, He will be there to forgive.  When I use my gifts on the race, He will be there, taking due credit for them.

I AM is way more important than I am…
