It’s the night before we leave 🙂 We leave the hotel tomorrow morning at 4am and will be flying to Guatemala City, Guatemala. There we will take a 5 hour bus ride up the mountains to Quiche. We will be working with the ministry Agape in Action for the month of September. I am super excited! Check out their website by visiting http://agapeinaction.org.
Prayer Requests:
1. Safe travel for all 7 squads leaving tomorrow morning and that our bags arrive with us.
2. For my team Warrior Bride. That we continue to cultivate the intimacy that we started at Training Camp and continued here at launch. I love these ladies and I am blessed to be serving with them. (Hannah A., Kelsey, Sarah, Kristin, and Megan)
3.For our Squad leaders. These are alumni World Racer who are going on the race to well…lead us 🙂 Please pray that the Lord will give them the wisdom needed to guide us and to encourage us. (Michael, Kaitlyn, Hannah M.)
4. For our Guatemalan ministry and hosts. That we would be a blessing to them as a squad. I am already thankful to them for all they have done to prepare for our arrival.
5. For me. That I continue to pursue true intimacy with God. That I would see the people I will be serving these 11 months as God sees them and that I would love them boldly.
