Only 5 short days stand between me and meeting my squad-mates for the first time in person.
To say I’m beyond excited, would be a major understatement.
I can’t believe this is actually happening!!

I’ll spare you the sappiness of how stoked I am to meet these 45 incredible strangers who make up my squad, because right now, I want to talk about you.

Yes, you. Sitting right there reading these words.

You are on my heart today as I sit here overwhelmed with gratitude and thankfulness. Your prayers, your support, your encouragement: every big or small role that you have played in my life, known or unknown to you, has gotten me this far.
It is because of you that I get to say with much excitement that I am meeting my squad in Atlanta in 5 days.

Thank YOU!

The Lord has provided and answered my prayers through you!

I am humbled and honored by your generosity. Know that I pray for you often.

I’ve been reading in 2 Corinthians recently and as I came across the first part of chapter 8, I began to think of you. Verse 3-5 reads

“For they gave according to their means, as I can testify, and beyond their means, of their own accord, begging us earnestly for the favor of taking part in the relief of the saints – and this, not as we expected, but they gave themselves first to the Lord and then by the will of God to us.”

Here, Paul was talking to the church in Corinth about the generosity of the churches of Macedonia. As I read all I could think was wow, I hope to live a life that generous that I am begging for the honor of giving. And then I continued to think of you, and how you are generosity living your life that way and choose to give to my ministry.

I am halfway to my next deadline.
I am blown away. I am so thankful.
Thank you for investing in what the Lord is doing through my life.
