Where do I begin?
I don’t know what I can say to even begin explaining this past week. I haven’t taken any pictures. I haven’t even finished processing that I’m actually on The World Race.
Let’s see… so far, I’ve slept on airport floors, crammed into a van with 17 other people plus our luggage, I’ve traveled to 3 different continents in 24 hours, I’ve call my tent home, I’ve witnessed to people, I’ve played with precious orphans, I’ve done a prayer walk, I’ve prayed over my team, and I literally fainted twice.
But those are all actions.
Praise God that we do not receive our salvation through works but by faith.
I can’t do anything that will make God say that what I’ve done is enough.
Before leaving for my trip, God really pointed that out to me.
Yes, I am DOING a lot of things but without faith, trust, and reliance on God, whatever I do is worthless.
I have been inspired, motivated, and changed by the people in Zambia and it’s only been a few days.
Praise God for my team, my health, and my support system in the US.
That is all.
Once I process some more, I’ll write a much more detailed and in depth blog. Trust me, I have a lot to say. I just don’t know how to say it right now.
I’m alive, well, and happy. I’ve been given a resounding peace that this is where I am supposed to be. Praise Him.
This is me sleeping on the floor of the Kenyan airport (12 hour layover):
This is the first ministry place we went to in Zambia:
