Well if your on this page you must be one of two people. One you could be someone that I haven’t even met or we don’t know much about each other so your hear to learn more about me. Or your one of the other people who does know me really well and your just on this page to see if you really know me as well as you think you do. Either way, welcome.

First off you should know I am the baby of 3 of Stan and Barb Myers (though I alone rival my dad in height now). My family has always been a tremendous blessing through my entire life. All of them being strong examples of how to live my life in Christ. There a big part of why I am on this trip at all, each of them has encouraged me to go in their own way.

I was born in Fort Collins Colorado, and I love it here, but it seems I have an unresistant desire to travel so I am leaving the country. Fort Collins treated me very well, I have so many great memories here and God has blessed me with so many friends over the years. I have memories of making dry ice bombs late at night in the park with my trouble making friends, or playing basketball with neighborhood friends, doing skits at church during I could go on. Hiking up Horsetooth late at night to look over the city is probably one of my greatest memories.

I graduated from Fossil Ridge in 2007 and headed to Capernwray Bible School in Lancaster England. It was one of the greatest years of my life. I could write a book about that year but for the sake of time I’ll just say it was amazing and it changed my life.

When I got back I planned on heading back to England to jump straight into ministry or head to bible school but the Lord had other plans. Long story short I spent the next 4 years in Fort Collins getting a Religious Philosophy Major.

As I’ve been in my senior year it’s been another experience of seeing G-d having other plans than I had in mind. I was thinking I would find some sort of ministry to start working for over the next few years that I could really become heavily involved in and one that I would be somewhat familiar with.

Like I said though G-d had other plans. And that’s why I find myself here. Getting ready to do 11 months doing missions in third world countries, something I have never done in my life. It’s going to be a journey that I will never soon forget, and I am so excited to see what G-d has in store for me.
