Happy New Year!!
I can’t believe it has been six months since I finished the race. It was an amazing adventure that the Lord had me go on to learn more about his love and mercy. Even though there were hard months aka Africa, Jesus still used those times to teach me about being patient and putting my trust in him.
When I finished the race, I had a mixture of feelings. I was glad it was finally over but at the same time all I wanted was to be back with my squad mates. One of the hardest transitions was being alone for the first time in 9 months. I didn’t have my teammates, my host families or my leaders around me. Through that, the Lord taught me that I am never truly alone. He is always there whenever I need Him.
Thank you to all those who have supported me financially and through prayers. There are no words to describe how grateful I am for sending me out into the world and going through it with me. I appreciate all your kindness. I love you all so much!!
Even though the race is over for me, the Lord has taught me that you don’t have to stop teaching and sharing about Jesus just because you are back in your comfort zone. We don’t have to stop loving and caring for people. We are called to do ministry where ever we are, even at home.
The past 6 months I have moved back with my parents to Honduras, got a job and started saving money to move back to the states. I have been praying and waiting patiently for the Lord to show me my next move.
In the next couple of months, I am moving back to Florida to start life on my own. I am going to live with some friends, get a job, and save money for a car. I haven’t made a decision on college yet so please keep that in your thoughts. These are really big decisions and I would really appreciate it if you could support me through prayer.

Thank you all and may God bless your New Year!
