(Until we meet again…. in Bangkok.)
On the race, we had many changes and transitions going into 2012, one of which was switching teams. Before I introduce you to my new team, I wanted to say a bittersweet goodbye to my first team, Team Freedom.

We had an AMAZING first three months of the Race together! They will always be my first World Race "ohana" and I shall dearly miss having them in my daily life.

Dave~ The dad to my mom for Team Freedom. I'm going to miss his guitar playing (you still need to teach me how to play Wagon Wheel, Dave) and his sense of humor. (Sherlock episodes date the next time I see you!) He has grown so much as a leader and always made it easy going experience for me to take care of team finances.

(Look at that mustache, ladies. Wouldja just look at it. So majestic.)

(Rosita & Dave in Guatemala ~ by far my favorite picture of Dave holding a child!)
Dan~ I am going to miss Dan's amazing hugs! (What am I going to do without you, Dan?!) Dan quickly became my first and best friend on Team Freedom. He was always saying the funniest things when you weren't expecting it and photographed everything. (I loved meandering through Antigua with you, Dan. We should do that again sometime.) He also likes Coca-Cola in a bag, children, puppies & making sand angels on the beach… what's not to love?!

Renee~ I will miss Renee's words. Her words of encouragement, words of prayer and words of love for others. She is such an eloquent speaker/writer. I'm going to miss my older sister. (Shoot, now I'm the oldest on my team, Renee!) :p

(Renee- the blue sleeping bag caterpiller.)

Leanna~ Leanna is such a ball of excitement and joy in all situations. I love her enthusiam for everything. (Embrace the fatty dates! I miss sneaking ice cream in the middle of the night with you, Leanna!)

(Black leggings are essential on the race. Don't leave home without them.)

(Mix that cement girl! Faster, faster! Hehe!)

(Love this pic!)

Melanie~ The little sister of our family. She has such a sweet spirit and I'm glad I got to watch her grow in boldness in our time together. (I miss our chats and I'm so glad you decided to come on the Race, Mel!)

Team Freedom, I loved being a family with you and I miss you all so much already! I will never forget all our adventures serving together in Central America.
