Nepal was a fun place. From my last blog you know we ministered mostly to our hosts for the month. God showed us that ministry was far more than the box we often put it in. God is always faithful to use us in ways we don’t expect or can’t see for that matter.

Corn field storm…(down = walking to church)
We left Nepal yesterday and now we are sitting in Moscow, Russia. Wow, Moscow airport alone is interesting. Fancy food, dressy people, and many people who don’t understand english. Many would say we don’t fit in here with the people but from my perspective we are far OVER dressed for this place! ha! Living in airports for two days really adds a lot of class to people who have had the same wardrobe for the past nine months. We will arrive in Ukraine this evening which is just enough time to freshen up, catch up on sleep and move out to ministry.

Me in a bell…Buddah temple.
Ukraine ministry for my team and I mostly will consist of church construction and then ending the month with kids camps of three differant ages. I’m excited for the month. New country and new things to discover. Speaking of new things I should introduce you to my new team…TEAM PUSH – IT:
Check ’em out! They are awesome!
So off to Ukraine for the month! Some things to pray about for us for the month:
Cold Weather
Acts 13:4…we are sent with the Spirit. So pray that we listen to the Spirit, that we would learn to hear more clearly everyday that voice and live by it
Acts 13:12…Astonished. I know each person on my team has powerful things to offer and to speak out. I believe people we will encounter will be astonished by what we say or do. Heck, we will be astonished ourselves.
Acts 13:47…”I HAVE SENT YOU TO BE A LIGHT.” So I believe this, that we are sent to be a light in this country. I believe we will be pushed…hence ‘team push-it’ and God will encounter us in new ways. I don’t think it will be anything fancy. It’s just what scripture says, be a light in the dark. Thats what Christ did when he died for us…when he lived the life we can never live. He became light in our dark places.
And lastly pray that we have FUN! God is a crazy mix of buisness and fun. I pray we encounter both this month, more so than anything.

I hope to update more this month, I know I’ve been slacking in that department. So until then, thanks for all the love!!!
