I am officially 16% funded, which may sound like a small number, but it feels like an incredible blessing. Even if you haven’t donated, thank you for reading and following along on this awesome journey!
My goal for the end of April is to get to $5,000. That means I need to raise at least $2,000 in just four weeks. Do you think you’d want to partner with me?
To break it down, I just need 20 people to donate $100.
Or 40 people to donate $50.
Or, if it’s easier, you can break it up into smaller monthly donations (there’s an option to donate monthly when you click the “support me” button on the left hand side.)
As September approaches (not to mention training camp in July), I couldn’t be more excited. However, there is so much preparing to do in the meantime that it’s hard to get too excited just yet.
If you’re still wondering what the World Race or what in the world I will be doing for 11 months in Southeast Asia, well, it’s hard to sum up in one short, sweet sentence.
Every month will be different. We’ll be in a different country every month and working with various local churches and organizations to serve, pray for, and interact with the people in the communities we’ll be living in. Somedays will look like construction work, praying over the sick at the hospital, and cooking dinner with my team. Other days will look like building relationships with orphans and sex trafficking victims and praying over the community with my team. No matter what, our heart and goal will be to be the hands and feet of Jesus and to share the love of Christ.
If you feel led, please prayerfully consider supporting me. I know that God wants to use my team and I in incredible ways!
