So, this past Easter was celebrated back in Togo. I decided we needed to celebrate traditionally like 5 year olds. (Would you expect anything less from me?) So, I stayed up half the night, outside, with my craft bag of goodies creating the Easter celebration of our lives, getting eaten up by mosquitos to make this possible. That may have been a very over-dramatic description, but you get the point.
In case you’re wondering… they don’t sell plastic eggs in Togo, and I didn’t have time/money to buy/boil real eggs. Next best option for eggs: construction paper and markers. Easter Baskets: Plastic cups, ribbon, and some real grass. What more could you ask for?
I realize this blog is a little late, but I finally got some internet to upload the video; so enjoy watching Team REV 217 and our squad leaders on the hunt of their lives. 🙂
