K.I.M. is an orphanage that takes in some of the over 200,000 street kids of Manila. Its goal is to raise up children
to honor God in their everyday lives by placing them in good Christian environments around the globe. Currently K.I.M. has taken in 30 improvised children from Manila.
I am not sure what my actual role will be at the orphanage but my guess is interacting and caring for the children and doing work projects. I definitely love playing with and loving on children. I spent this past year volunteering in the nursery at Madison Square Church. Every week I looked forward to seeing their smiling faces, blowing bubbles, reading stories, playing kitchen and driving cars. I can’t wait to love on these Filipino kids!
