Life has been a roller coaster during the last few weeks, and I have not been keeping up with my blog like I should have been. To make it up to you all, I have committed to writing twice a week until I leave. On Mondays and Fridays I will be sharing about how God is shaping me and teaching me. These posts may be long or they may be short, but one thing they will be for sure is real and honest. So please subscribe to my blog, my life has been getting scary, wonderful, and exhausting all at the same time. I can’t wait to tell you about every miracle He does within me and around me, He is awesome and alive.
I have a praise today! I have half of the first check point raised. The first check point is half of the total amount for the trip, so I am 1/4 of the way toward leaving in September! I can’t tell you how blessed, honored, and humbled I am feeling from the prayers and support I have been feeling from all of my friends and family. The half way check point is May 2nd, just over two weeks away. I still need $3,000, and I keep going in between being afraid of the future and being in awe of what He has done already. I know it will take a miracle for me to raise the money, and that makes me excited. He will be praised when He provides for me, and I will dance for joy when He provides. Until then, I will pray and ask you all to pray that I will be fully funded when the deadline comes around. I love hearing that you are praying for me, so please email me so I can praise God for you specifically! God is leading me to Him and to be in better community with his people, I can’t wait to hear back from all of you!
