After roughly like 25ish hours in airports and planes and cars we finally arrived at our camp site in Serbia around 11:30pm local time. The team immediately passed out after throwing our bags down in the room.
We are currently at camp M in Mrcajevci, Serbia. This camp can host up to 70 campers and has a full kitchen, a bath house, and tons of fun toys and yard space. Our ministry hosts this month are Karl and Julie Bannert. They are the Directors of camp M and it has been a joy to help them the last few days.
Our first 2 days we spent moving The Bannerts from one apartment to their new one (basically perfect timing) without us here it probably would have taken 5 extra days and maybe even some personal money to pay for help moving. Was amazing to help them get settled into a new place.
Next we had a much needed day of rest after much travel and 2 long moving days. it was amazing, we had breakfast at 12:30.
Now we are just taking it one day at a time, prepairing the camp for the next year of campers and jumping at any ministry opportunities we see.
