Philippians:
Let me start this blogging by saying THANK YOU JESUS for sending us somewhere not as hot as Darwin, Australia. Yes, I love you Darwin but you where hot.
All right lets get down to business. This month was spent with K.I.M, Kids International Ministries, near Manila Philippians. The ministries they coordinate and head up are vast; everything from construction to feeding programs for thousands of displaced Filipinos from last year’s tsunami.
Along with those things they believe in changing communities and specifically providing for children within those communities. They head up a school that allows many who can’t afford it to send there children to school and an orphanage that takes in kids who are brought in or turned over.
That’s is where we spent last month inside the walls of the children’s home. It created a lot of challenges and opportunities for us to grow and learn about loving others. I have so many stories to share….
