This month in Cambodia was an amazing place to end this year long journey.  My team and two others were in a remote area two hours from the capital city of Phnom Penh.  We lived a very simple life in the middle of miles of rice fields.  We lived ate and worked along side our contacts.  We had very little worldly comforts but the people were so loving and hospitable to us.  Our main task was to teach english to the children in the neighbourhood.  When we wern’t teaching we walked around meeting the neighbours, playing with the children or gazing at the beauty all around.
I continue to be amazed at the journey God has brought me on this year.  I remember month one in the DR being freeked out and thinking that this year would never end and now wondering where the year went.  Each month we changed locations, changed the food we ate, changed who we lived with, changed the job at hand, changed almost everything except for God.  He was the one constant the one thing that I could depend on not ever changing.  He is the same today as yesterday and will be the same tomorrow.  He taught me so many things about myself and his heart for me this year.  He spoke to me about who I am and the dreams he has for me.  He has everything in the palm of his hand and he has me there to.  He is such a loving Father and I am his daughter.  We are all his beloved children.
